Guarantee/Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.   You may return an order except those that are personalized, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Some one time use products do not qualify for returns.  If you need to return something, please send an email within 3 days of receiving your order to returns@weddingbuggy.com.  We will accept authorized returns within 3 days of recieving as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.  Please note:  Your monitor and its settings can cause variance in the colors of the products.

Wedding Buggy accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  For other payment options email us at support@weddingbuggy.com.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped within 7 days of the order.  We have multiple suppliers that ship directly to you, so you may receive your order in multiple packages.  If you have any questions about shipping, please email us at support@weddingbuggy.com.

Shipping

Wedding Buggy uses UPS ground for most shipping.  If you require a different option, please contact us at support@weddingbuggy.com.

At this time, we cannot ship outside the United States.

Sales Tax

Orders that are shipped within the state of Virginia will be assessed the 5.0% sales tax.
